Context: settlements / overview

Long before the establishment of the current settlement of the Ravens, their people lived among the swamps. Houses were built in the trees, and movement was carried out on walkways and bridges above the water.

After relocating to the old mines of the Rocky Blackfaces and the ruined dam, most of the inhabitants left the swamps. However, the old settlement was preserved as a place for training young hunters.

Today, the camp is used for training, survival trials, and earning the first feathers. It is here that young Ravens learn to live away from the walls of the settlement, navigate the swamps, and cope with the dangers of Udgallu.

HISTORY

Foundation of the Swamp Settlement~100 AoU

The ancestors of the Ravens build the first houses in the trees and walkways among the swamps.

The Flourishing of the Swamp Settlement~180 AoU

The settlement becomes home to the majority of the Ravens people. Hunting, fishing, and swamp trails develop.

The Beginning of Resettlement~310 AoU

Some of the residents begin to explore the area of the old mines of the Rocky Blackfaces and the territory near the destroyed dam.

Foundation of the new settlement of Ravens~330 AoU

The majority of the population relocates to the gorge, where the modern settlement of Ravens later emerges.

Camp of Trials~350 AoU

The old swamp settlement is preserved as a training camp. Here, young Ravens undergo trials, earn their first feathers, and prepare for adult life.
