The settlement of Wolves is hidden in large mountain caves beyond the pass. This fortified place is a hub for storage, trade, and crafts, where grain, oil, glass are kept, and Lagerens are minted.

ABOUT THE SETTLEMENT

Wolves live beyond the mountains, in a large cave fort with open internal spaces, a lake, and rays of light falling through openings in the vault. Their settlement serves as a trading and storage center for the region. Here, they store grain, oil, glass, and other valuable goods, as well as mint Lagerens — the coins used by the settlements.

Wolves resemble traders, keepers, and craftsmen more than they do the hunters of Ravens. They control the passes through the mountains, maintain warehouses, and know how to profitably exchange goods between settlements.

Tree of Visions

The Sacred Tree of Wolves with transparent glowing fruits. During the coming-of-age ceremony, the teenager must eat the fruit and experience visions. After the ceremony, they tie a ribbon to their branch and are required to watch over it for their entire life.

Faction / residents

Wolves are a tribe of traders, craftsmen, and keepers of knowledge. Unlike the Ravens, they value not only strength and hunting but also personal benefit for the settlement. Every resident strives to prove their worth through deeds, and the highest honor is to earn the Red Lagerens by the age of twenty-five. Such individuals gain the right to learn how to manage the settlement and may one day become its leader. A special place in the life of the Wolves is held by the Tree of Visions. Every teenager undergoes a rite of passage by consuming one of its glowing fruits. After this, they tie a ribbon to their branch and are obligated to care for it throughout their life. The Wolves believe that a person's fate and their branch are intertwined. Thanks to the knowledge of the Rock Blackfaces, the Wolves have mastered glass melting, the creation of lagerens, and the organization of trade between settlements. Today, they are considered the richest and most influential tribe in the region.

Wolves are the main financial and trade center of the region. It is here that Lagerens are manufactured, glass is melted, and the largest grain reserves are stored. A significant portion of trade between the settlements of the alliance passes through Wolves.

After the decline of the Rock Blackfaces, part of their people came to the Wolves for refuge. Along with them came knowledge of glass melting and working with old materials.

The Secret of Glass270 Year of the Age of Udgallu

Having gained knowledge from the Black-Faced, the Wolves were the first to establish mass glass processing from the ruins of the old world. This forever changed the status of the settlement.

Alliance of the Four Tribes280 Year of the Age of Udgallu

To develop trade and security, an alliance was formed between the main settlements of the region. Wolves became its main trading center.
