Bones

"Famine takes the weak. The strong build a new world."

Once it was the settlement of Thick Forest — home to masters, carpenters, and craftsmen. Today, it is ruled by Strend, and the settlement is better known as Bone Camp — a harsh place where strength is valued over knowledge, and fear has become a part of power.

ABOUT THE SETTLEMENT

Bone Camp is located on the site of the old settlement Thick Forest. In the past, it was a major center for craftsmen and carpenters, known for its masters and wooden structures. However, several harsh years of famine led to its decline. Many residents left the settlement, and the best carpenters moved to Stream.

After the arrival of Strend, life in the settlement changed. Old traditions were gradually replaced by the cult of strength and survival. The new generation knows this place as Bone Camp.

RESIDENTS AND FACTIONS

Bones

Faction / residents

The inhabitants of the Bone Camp grew up in harsh conditions of constant resource scarcity and the struggle for survival. Here, strength, discipline, and the ability to contribute to the settlement are respected. Many young residents are raised as future warriors, hunters, or laborers. Under Strende, the settlement became more rigid and militarized. Personal loyalty to the leader is valued more than lineage, and success is measured not by knowledge but by results. Under Strende, the residents increasingly perceive strength as the only source of power. The youth are raised in an atmosphere of constant preparation for war, and the settlement prefers to solve many problems through threats, raids, and displays of strength.

Trade importance

After the arrival of Strend, the settlement gradually abandoned its previous trade policy. The main sources of resources became military campaigns, raiding caravans, seizing loot, and coercing neighbors into payments. The settlement produces almost nothing in sufficient quantities on its own and seeks to obtain what it needs through force or threats.
